We take great pride in our talented workforce, which is one of our greatest strengths.  2023 is a year that records our effort to build a productive and caring working environment for our employees with many excellent results.

Labor is the workforce that organizations employ to carry out their operations. Skilled workers are essential to manage resources, produce goods and services, and expand customer base and revenue streams. Bearing this in mind, r-pac Vietnam makes a great effort to keep a safe and healthy work environment. Our attempt to build a good workplace has been recognized and received high appreciation from our humans and the government where we operate.

r-pac Vietnam received energetic support from the local government

In 2023, thanks to the support of the Trade Union Management Board of Industrial Parks in Bac Ninh Province, and with the visionary leadership of the board of directors of r-pac Vietnam Co., Ltd., we accomplished a lot. Our union executive committee also showed great responsibility and dedication to grassroots trade union work.

2023 witnessed the enthusiastic participation of all union members of r-pac Vietnam and our union activities in taking care of workers' lives.

Recognized by the Trade Union Management Board of Industrial Parks in Bac Ninh province, our company and Factory 4 union were honored to receive brilliant and encouraging results:

- Business Award for Employees 2023 of Bac Ninh Province Industrial Park Union.

- The grassroots trade union has excellent achievements in the good labor emulation movement and strong trade union organization in 2023.

These achievements were clear evidence demonstrating our efforts to take care of workers’ lives as well as the enthusiastic participation of all members in building a strong union. We strived to build a loyal and strong team that shares our values and visions, creating a positive company culture that is essential for the long-term success of our business. We believed that happy employees result in pleasant workplaces, which in turn lead to happy customers.

We had excellent results in the good labor emulation movement and were the strong trade union organization in 2023.

These achievements were valuable recognition from the local government and our labor. This was a great source of leverage for r-pac Vietnam to strengthen our union, improve our company culture and ideal environment for our employees, creating sustainable development. In the next year, we plan to further cultivate a productive and caring work environment for all of our employees.
